If a person incites ethnic, religious, linguistic, or social prejudices in society by publishing audio recordings, images, or writings in cyberspace using computer or internet devices, they will be sentenced to short imprisonment.

If the crime listed in paragraph (1) of this article leads to violence or causes hatred or riots among citizens of the country, they will be sentenced to medium imprisonment.
